Payment for Court Bookings
Court bookings must be paid in euros using a secure payment link.
Court Access
- You can enter the court using a PIN code, which activates 15 minutes before your booking starts.
- Please start and finish your game on time.
- Remember that court cleanup must be completed before your booking ends.
Access to Clubhouse & Changing Rooms
- Access to the clubhouse and tennis center area is only allowed with a PIN code.
- Changing rooms are located inside the clubhouse.
- The PIN code (sent via SMS with booking confirmation) is valid:
- 15 minutes before the booking starts
- Until 30 minutes after your game ends
Rules and Good Practice
- Use the court responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
- Follow the Court Rules and Code of Conduct.
- If necessary, water the court before starting your game.
- After play, please tidy up the court – fill any holes, brush the surface, and clean the lines.
Game Interrupted by Rain
If your game is interrupted due to heavy rain, please notify us within 24 hours by email at krahviaed@hsb.ee
Include the following details in your message:
- Date and time of the game
- Name under which the booking was made
- Court number
For single session bookings, we offer a replacement time.
Damaged or Missing Equipment
If any court equipment (net, brush, roller, watering tools, etc.) gets damaged, broken, or goes missing, please notify us as soon as possible +372 529 6709, +372 472 5060 or krahviaed@hsb.ee.
No Use Without a Booking
All courts are subject to a fee and may not be used without a valid booking.
Please note: The tennis center is monitored by video surveillance.
